Wax Tailor are an amazing French group with a unique orchestral hip-hop style, complemented by a lush visual performance – making this a treat for both the eyes and the ears!

Wax Tailor’s first album ‘Tales of the Forgotten Melodies’ drew comparisons to the likes of RJD2, Portishead and DJ Shadow, while the second ‘Hope & Sorrow’ landed him a Music nomination at the prestigious Victoires de la Musique, as well as the US Indie Awards. Wax Tailor is coming off a year which saw him tour over 200 concerts worldwide.  He is now recognized as one of the greatest and most original fusion artistes of Hip Hop and Electro music.

Composed both in Paris and New York City, his third album ‘In the Mood for Life’ is an organic landscape with orchestral accents taking its cues from Soul, Funk, Hip-Hop and 60’s Pop Music.

Wax Tailor here masters the art of reinvention, although his signature sound is immediately recognizable. Throughout this album, he adapts a multitude of references with his very personal touch. His music is beyond genres and defies categorization, it is a modern brand of Pop music, designed with a sense of rigor and an expertise that exposes the love this artist puts into his craft.

Wax Tailor’s scenic show combines multiple talents: violinist, cellist, flautist, singer, MC, VJ and DJ, all together on stage for an incredible performance of music and visual effects! In Delhi for one explosive night, on 26th February, NOT TO BE MISSED!!!
