Born in 1931, Dominique Lapierre is a very successful French author, knowing for his peculiar way to tell stories.  This way, by telling us the story of some people, he takes us in the greatest moment of our world. Starting this type of recite with “Is Paris burning”, about the end of World War II, he continues with “O Jerusalem”, a history novel about the creation of Israël, followed by others. But Dominique Lapierre is above all famous for his knowledge and his love for India, who give him topics for 3 books, all massive ly success: “City of Joy”, “Freedom at midnight” and”Five past midnight in Bhopal”.

For the occasion of World AIDS Day 2011, there is no better place for this author in love with India for talking about “Beyond Love”, a book he wrote 20 years ago after long research, on the AIDS discover, the side of scientist but victims too. Dominique Lapierre will also be talk about his research on what was call at this time “the wrath of God”.

Oscar Fernandes is an indian politician, a senior indian national Congress leader and AICC general secretary. He heads forum of parlementarian on HIV/AIDS and stresses  on the need to create awareness on protection against the virus.

“It is difficult to get treatment of such deseases, and the only remedy is to spread awareness among the people to save human life”
