Thierry Pécou (1965) initially studied piano at the Conservatoire National de Région de Paris before he went to the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique (CNSM) to study orchestration and composition. He was granted a scholarship to study at the Casa de Velázquez in Madrid. He was invited for several residencies at the Banff Centre for the Arts in Canada between 1989 and 1997, and was in residence at the Casa de Velázquez in Madrid from 1997 until 1999. Read More »
