Helene’s life, subdued and discreet, is made of days which follow on and all look the same. She works as a maid in a hotel and seems apparently happy with her husband, Ange, and her fifteen old years old daughter, Lisa. Her humble and monotonous life seems already mapped out… Her life is turned upside down when, cleaning up one of the hotel’s room, she surprises a very captivating young couple, playing chess on the terrace.
