About the Quartet: The group is the result of an encounter between Indian violinist, Rupam Ghosh and French Violinist, Antoine Marhem oriented towards Eastern European Music. The duo was later joined by the vibraphonist, Eric Navet then the percussionist, Antoine Morineau. The product of this quartet is a mixed music , mixture between India and Europe, sometimes meditative sometimes more tonic.

About the Artists:

Antoine Marhem (French Violinist): After studying classical music, he turned towards the folk music of Eastern Europe and developed a multitude of projects in this style. He is also interested in improvised music through exchanges with musicians from around the world.

Antoine Morineau (French Percussionist): His favourite instrument is the Tombak. He has been interested in Persian music which he regularly practices and in Indian metrics which he studies with Subhashish Bhattacharya.

Eric Navet (French Vibraphonist): First trained in classical music and jazz, he practices the different folklores of the world with vibraphone and percussion through meetings with musicians from all over the world.

Rupam Ghosh: Rupam Ghosh is a profound Indian classical violinist. His journey with music has led him to various corners of the world, of which, France has captured his heart.
