11th January 2008, Josh Cohen and his partners, lawyers of the city of Cleveland, assign to justice 21 banks that they consider responsible of seizures of property which destroy their city. But the banks of Wall Street whom they attack opposed to the opening of a procedure.

Cleveland V/s Wall Street tells the story of a trial which should have taken place. A trial of cinema, among which the story, the protagonists and their testimonies are totally real.
