An alumni of the Paris and Lyon Conservatories, Maxime Zecchini is the first French pianist to graduate from the prestigious “Incontri col Maestro” Academy in Imola, Italy. He was the winner of the Arcachon International Competition, laureate of the Cziffra Foundation and according to an unanimous decision, the First Prize of the International Competition of Varenna – Lake Como in Italy was conferred upon him.
Recipient of awards at several foundations and international competitions, the French pianist amazes us as much by his playing as by his audacious approach: to honor the repertoire by the left hand. He has performed in about fifty countries and his discography, an Anthology of works for the left hand published by Ad Vitam Records (a first in discographic edition), is distributed worldwide.
