Dear Students

We are happy to inform you that INDIECULTURE Services Pvt. Ltd is conducting a Recruitment Drive on November 16, 2021 at 2:30 PM virtually on Zoom. INDIECULTURE Services Pvt. Ltd will organise a pre-placement talk at 02:30 PM on November 16, 2021. All those interested to apply for the job may attend the session in order to know more details about the opening.

Eligibility:

• Graduate from any stream with a minimum 1 year of experience

• Excellent interpersonal, planning and organizational skills to work on a cross-functional role

• Sound knowledge of E-Commerce, marketplaces and MS office

• Prior work experience in an E-Commerce company is advantageous

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Make purchase of goods after order reception: Research, find and select the right marketplaces to buy products as per order details receive

• Always look for the most cost-effective solution to buy (price, lead-time)

• Manage and track orders and returned products

• Manage communication channels to follow up our supplier’s queries regarding listed products by collaborating closely with various internal departments

• Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information

• Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.

• Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
