Writers, etc, platform for the written word at Alliance Francaise de Delhi, is extremely excited to bring you the writer, Claudine le Tourneur d’Ison.
Claudine le Tourneur d’Ison is a writer, a journalist, a film maker. She’s in India on the following occasion: the publication of the Indian edition of Hira Mandi (initially published by Albin Michel, Paris, in 2006) in English translation, published by Roli Books.
She graduated from La Sorbonne and Ecole du Louvre, this Egypt expert is a recognized French writer and journalist. She works for two press agencies and contributed in some of the most imperative French newspapers as Le Point, Le Figaro or Geo. She wrote a lot on Egypt and also travelled as a reporter in Middle East Country and India. A few books have been published on those topics too, and also contributed to TV Documentary. She received many awards during her career.
